The Vega Family Foundation supports empowerment initiatives, individuals, and community development.
History

TVFF’s Purpose
The Vega Family Foundation (TVFF) was formed in 2019, out of a need for the neighborhoods in the City of Chicago, and surrounding communities. In low to moderate, disadvantaged communities, where the needs of the children, youth, and families would be met by a comprehensive set of initiatives using community inclusion and collaboration.

Family Relationships : Strong families are the basic building block of a vital community both now and in the future.
Resident Leadership : Current residents, including youth and adults, should lead neighborhood development efforts.
Neighboring Networks : Neighboring networks based on Christ’s command to “love thy neighbor” are essential for holistic community development and change.
